Here is a sample text to add to your contract to outline your key policy.

Either the employer will provide Nanny with a house key, key code, or garage code with unlocked interior door or if the door is locked for [amount of time] past Nanny’s agreed upon start time, Nanny will receive that day as an additional day of PTO, not counting against the allowance mentioned elsewhere in this contract.
