We want to make you aware of a Coursera course on successful negotiation which discusses the four steps to a successful negotiation. The course is taught by George Siedel from the University of Michigan. It is a beginner level course that is approximately 17 hours long. Not only has this course has been taken by over 1.6 million learners, it is highly rated by learners. Just look at their testimonials.

Coursera offers a paid certificate addition to the regular free coursework. As we are not enrolled in a business school or need to transfer credit hours anywhere, simply completing the course as a free option will be sufficient for our needs.
