Members and Friends of NC PAN, please gather your charges and join us for Field Day 2014!

Field Day 2014 is being held from 9 am to 12:30 pm and will consist of structured outdoor play activities and a hot dog lunch.

Cost of Attending, Tickets and Waiver

Members and their charges will receive free admission as part of their perks of membership. Non-members are asked to cover the costs of their charges at $5/charge. Both members and non-members need [tickets from this link].

Every charge that is participating will need to arrive with a [waiver of liability] signed by his/her parent/legal guardian. It is unfortunate, but those children without [waivers] will not be allowed to participate in the active Field Day events, though they can still cheer on their friends, eat lunch, and participate in the craft. Electronically signed [waivers] are accepted, if submitted to Waivers@ncpan.org.

Food Allergies/Special Diets

As part of the ticket process, you can select a free hot dog lunch for your charges.

Those not desiring hot dogs for whatever reason are welcome to select zero hot dog lunches, and to instead bring your own lunch from home. We will have a grill handy if you wish to bring your own items to grill.

There is not a discount for opting out of hot dogs as the food has been donated. North Carolina Professional Association of Nannies is asking for reimbursement only for money we have spent on behalf of non-member charges.

Venue

The location for Field Day 2014 will be at Chapel Hill’s Umstead Park. 399 Umstead Drive in Chapel Hill.
