PBS and Distance Education: A Webinar

On Wednesday, the 18th of November 2020, PBS will be airing a webinar designed for those of us who are distance learning facilitators in the home called “Make the Most of Learning at Home With PBS KIDS”. It is already on the NC Nanny Calendar (visible at the bottom of all of the NC PAN webpages or available for you to sync to your device by clicking the link).

We here at your North Carolina Professional Association of Nannies think that the price (free) is right and the information is timely and so want to encourage all of our members and the Friends of NC PAN to attend the webinar.

To attend, one only has to open the PBS Kids YouTube Channel at the appointed hour and watch the live stream.

However, for supporting members of the North Carolina Professional Association of Nannies, we will be hosting an encore viewing on Wednesday the 25th of November, starting at 6:30 pm, with a collaboration space for commentary and discussion. If you want to take advantage of this and aren’t yet a supporting member of the North Carolina Professional Association of Nannies, now’s the time. Become a supporting member, here.

Once you have signed up, you can access the connection details by clicking on the Membership menu item and selecting Members Only Content from the list of options.

We look forward to seeing everyone at one (or both) of the viewing sessions!
